Starts Fall 2020
Our traveling exhibit, highlighting the role women played in shaping Vermont’s history prior to and following passage of the 19th Amendment, tours middle and high schools in Vermont’s Lake Champlain region. The exhibit includes an Educator’s Guide with resources, activities, and discussion questions about the suffrage movement and equality, rights, and citizens’ responsibilities.
This project was made possible through a Local Heritage grant from Champlain Valley National Heritage Partnership and Lake Champlain Basin Program.
